4 SECTIONS featuring 36" opening, 8' length and 12" width:
o The 4 sections are mounted on a rotating base
o One (1) 5 HP hydraulic power unit with variable displacement pump to apply pressure
o Hydraulic drive motor for rotation with a variable flow control valve to adjust speed
o Safety enclosure, each panel is secured with bolts
o Voltage: 600 / 3 / 60
Each section includes:
o Eight (8) cylinders, 3" diameter and 4" stroke, with 12" wide × 11" long pressure pad and ball joint
o One (1) manual hydraulic valve per cylinder
o One (1) holding valve
o One (1) pressure reducing control valve
o Manually adjustable guide fence to position various glued panel thicknesses at the center of the pressure pad, with one fence positioned 1" from the "0" line
o Reference stop for the "0" line located at one end
