P.ONE BASIC 4 is a 4-sided automatic planer/moulder with 4 spindles, compact and robust, capable of machining dimensional lumber. Extremely useful for planing and straightening operations.
Each spindle is driven by an independent motor, and startup is controlled via a start/stop push-button panel.
The feed roller transmission is equipped with universal joints, ensuring durability and reliability, and features pneumatic pressure cylinders.
When processing warped and/or rough wood, the machine produces a perfectly squared piece.
One-piece frame ensures high rigidity and stability.
